The borough of Milton Keynes is an area that is
truly unique; full of contrasts and surprises, and home to Ashland.
Conveniently situated to the south of the borough, residents of Ashland Vale
will find all the everyday amenities close-by at the adjacent village of Simpson,
pleasantly picturesque with its 17th century cottages and canalside walks.
To the south east of Ashland Vale lies Caldecotte
Lake and surrounding parkland. This city oasis provides many leisure

Ashland Vale offers an excellent base for travelling
around the region and further afield. Access to the A6 can be gained
within minutes and jct 14 of the M1 lies approximately 4 miles

to London Euston with the capital reached within 40 minutes.

convenient travel to Luton Airport, 26 miles south east via the
M1. There is also hassle-free, regular coach services that run
direct to the airport
